Return Policy

This policy applies to paid consultation services booked through direct communication channels connected to trexalondrdroz.ddd.

Cancellation window

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for full return of paid consultation fees.

Late cancellation handling

If cancellation is received less than 24 hours before session time, a partial return may apply based on administrative preparation already completed.

Rescheduling option

Clients may request one schedule adjustment without additional charge when notice is provided with reasonable lead time.

Processing timeline

Approved returns are processed within 10 business days through the original payment channel unless another lawful method is agreed.

Data and records

Return requests are recorded for compliance, accounting, and dispute resolution. Related records are retained up to 24 months unless law requires longer storage.
